We ship to all major cities and towns across Nepal, including:

  • Nepalgunj and Western Region

Processing Time

Order Processing: 1-3 business days

Once you place an order, we process and pack it within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may extend to 4-5 business days.

Delivery Time

Kathmandu Valley: 1-2 business days

Major Cities: 2-4 business days

Other Areas: 3-7 business days

Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Additional Fees: Shipping fees, handling charges, and other delivery-related fees are exclusive of the product price and will be added to your total order amount.

Kathmandu Valley: NPR 50-100

Major Cities: NPR 100-200

Other Areas: NPR 150-300

Remote Areas: NPR 200-500

Free Shipping: Available for orders above NPR 2000 within Kathmandu Valley and above NPR 3000 for other areas.

Third-Party Delivery Service

All deliveries are handled by trusted third-party courier services. We work with multiple delivery partners to ensure reliable service across Nepal.

Important Note: We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the delivery service provider. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery-related issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number via email/SMS
  • Courier partner details
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order using the tracking number on our website or the courier's website.

Delivery Instructions

Required Information:

  • Complete delivery address with landmark
  • Active phone number (required for COD orders)
  • Preferred delivery time (if applicable)

Delivery Process:

  • Delivery person will call before arrival
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Check package condition before accepting
  • Sign or provide receipt confirmation

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Recipient unavailable: Second attempt will be made next business day
  • Incorrect address: Additional charges may apply for re-routing
  • Recipient refuses delivery: Order will be returned to sender

Additional Charges: Failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees ranging from NPR 50-200 depending on the courier partner.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Nepal.
